Do I need to Probate my fathers Will?

I am glad to say that now I can tell you how to handle those type of issues and the attorneys here can make things a lot easier on you in that situation.

First, I will say that most clients that call are confused about who needs to Probate a Will. A good rule to go by is....if there are any assets solely in the name of the deceased person, talk to an attorney to see if you need to Probate.

Secondly, I would say that it is best to get it started and over so that you can move forward with your life.

Here at Mick & Posey Law, PLLC, we would love to help you through that process and take the burden off of you. The process does not have to be stressful for your family if you let our team take the reins. Just give us a call at 256-575-0500.
